Hi, Amy!

Isn’t it the best when you find an addictive card game that has super stealth math?! I love it! I have played Play Nine and it’s great. We feel similarly about the card game Five Crowns. It’s so addictive and includes tons of math. Plus, card games travel easily and are super affordable compared to other games. Especially right now- staying home more has meant an increase in game prices!

Thanks, Rebecca! So much learning can happen when we just relax 🙂

On another note, have you heard of the card game Play Nine? My kids love it (especially the almost 5 and 6 year old, but the 9 and 11 do too). At the same time, my husband and I really love playing it together with just the two of us. It’s a great family game! (And technically my little people can now add with negative numbers as they’ve learned to do so to keep score. So learning is technically happening, though we don’t play it for that reason.) I’ve already bought 2 more copies for gifts. 🙂
