Check out Dr Brooke Goldner. She is online and has a few books about auto immune disease. She herself has lupus when she was younger.

Have you heard of Dr Brroke Goldberg? She has 2 books. I think they are called Good-bye Lupus and Good-bye autoimmune disease or something like that.

My recovery has been WROUGHT with setbacks and illness and unexpected pain. I am requesting tomorrow to be referred to a rheumatologist for inflammation. My parents and my husband and I bought a home together 8 years ago. In that time, my mom has been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, Sjogren’s syndrome and, must recently, Type 1 Diabetes, in addition to also having Hashimoto’s. So, in addition to my own physical issues, I help my mom manage hers. I homeschool our 3 children (15, 13 and 6) as well as my niece (17). I also help my parents run their child care business, which we are closing in a month after 36 years. Life is just life sometimes… that’s why it’s wonderful to homeschool!!
